Cricut Friday: Party Pig

Time to party!

Time to party!

My dear friend, who is fellow paper crafter and avid Cricut user celebrated a birthday recently.  I wanted to create a fabulous card for her and you need the following tools and supplies to create this card:

Fold the pink cardstock so it is a finished size of 4.25″x 5.5″ and cut the raspberry cardstock to 5.25″x 4″.  Cut all of the pieces for the pig at 4.5″.  Adhere all of the layers of the pig together.  Run the raspberry cardstock through the Cuttlebug machine to emboss.  Adhere the pig and googly eyes to the embossed cardstock.  Adhere the pink buttons to the dress with foam dots.

I pulled out all the stops for this card and enjoyed the creative process in putting it all together.  We also gave her the Birthday CD mentioned in the previous post and she loved it all.

I love, love, love this card. It is so darn cute and my 3 year old granddaughter did too! The CD was an extra special bonus and was right up my alley with some songs that I love and some new ones that I have come to enjoy listening to. Tina’s husband Ken is a master at picking out items to put on the CD. He has a flair for the CRAZY in a very good way! Thank you Tina and Ken – Love you guys.
